Once an order has been processed at our end or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Return & Refund Policy will apply, where applicable.

Cancellation by Luminara

In rare circumstances, Luminara may need to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your prepaid order, the full eligible amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method used for the transaction. Once initiated by Luminara, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
